Tara is not just a study centre. It is also the residence of the artist cyberepa who spent many years in the East, thus in our home East meets West.

If you live too far away to travel to us each day then we invite you to share the unique spiritual legacy of the convent, our serenity and restful lifestyle!

We will receive you in the convent part of the Presbytère. Enjoy the charm of a restored 1845 building which was given to the nuns by the Duke of Mirepoix and which will be all yours for a serene stay!

A haven of peace, it includes a kitchen, living room, and huge bedrooms en suite, tastefully furnished with period features.

You will also have the opportunity to discover the beauty of our area, its historical and spiritual legacy from the Cathars. Share our way of life and taste fresh French cuisine, cooked with local products. Vegetarians and special diets can also be catered for.
